Montaro’s life has revolved around cooking for nearly two decades. With a background in both authentic Mexican cuisine and fine dining, he honed his skills at restaurants such as Jaleo by Jose Andres, The Source by Wolfgang Puck, Little Miner Taco and Tacos La Michoacana before opening The Burger Shop in 2023. 

There’s nothing quite like sinking your teeth into one of The Burger Shop’s juicy, perfectly-grilled creations. Whether it’s a classic cheeseburger oozing with melted cheddar or a gourmet creation with unique toppings like caramelized onions, tomato harissa or pickled veggies, a great burger is a guaranteed delight.
